Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit pricing for all items listed in the "Pricing Sheet" and reflect the total amount on Section B of the SF1449 form, completing block 30 to certify accuracy. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, based on Price and Technical Capability. Technical capability refers to the ability to source all sought debris clearing equipment. Quotes failing to meet all terms, conditions, buy terms, line-item descriptions, and attachments may be disqualified. Award may be made without discussions.
Eligibility & Registration
Prospective offerors must possess a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code or a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to award, during performance, and through final payment. Lack of SAM registration will render a quoter ineligible. Vendors must also be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for electronic funds transfer.
