Submission Requirements
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Such submissions will be considered by the agency, primarily to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. Information received within 45 days (or 30 days if under an existing BOA) of the publication date (May 6, 2026) will be reviewed for this purpose. Firms not currently approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR); however, the procurement will not be delayed pending SAR approval.
