- Producing foreign-releasable threat data files from approved sources at various classification levels.
- Delivering resulting models in a machine-readable, Technical ELINT Reference Format (TERF) file.
- Providing regular deliveries of finished data products to the 57 IS. Attachment 8, "EW Parametrics," provides detailed technical specifications for systems, including information on power characteristics, transmitters, antennas, scan characteristics, pulse characteristics, receivers, processing, and missile information, which bidders should review to understand technical requirements.
