Critical characteristics require 100% inspection, while major and minor characteristics will follow a QAR-acceptable sampling plan. All welds must undergo Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) (dye penetrant or magnetic particle) witnessed by the DCMAO QAR.
First Article Approval (FAA) per FAR 52.209-3 is mandatory. Offerors must present one unit (CAGE 1HBK1, Part Number MILJ26013) for dimensional, form, fit, and function testing.
