Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide catered meal services for the 187th Fighter Wing (FW) Alabama Air National Guard Base (ALANGB) during specific Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) weekends.

• Provide all personnel, supervision, food materials, and transportation for catered meal services.

• Deliver and serve prepared meals at the 187th FW Dining Facility (Building 1501).

• Offer meals with a choice of two meat entrees, two starches, two vegetables, a tossed salad with multiple dressing options, bread, fresh fruit, 2% milk, tea, soda, and at least two dessert options.

• Provide servings of fresh milk (30-35% of estimated patrons) and coffee with condiments.

• Offer a "to-go" meal option upon request for mobility exercises.

• Hot foods must be received at or above 135°F and held between 135-160°F on the serving line or in warmers.
