Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide portable chemical toilet services at Camp Minden, serving as the primary latrine source for students attending courses and conducting field training away from normal latrine facilities.

• Provide 12 portable chemical toilets at designated training areas on Camp Minden.

• Each unit must include an integrated handwashing solution (hand sanitizer or sink with soap and water).

• Perform weekly servicing of the toilets, including cleaning, waste removal, and repairs due to normal wear and tear.

• Weekly servicing must occur between 6 and 8 days between services.

• Restock toilets with toilet tissue on a weekly basis.

• Weekly servicing must be performed within the specified timeframe.

• Stockage of toilet tissue must be maintained on a weekly basis.

• Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) are defined for both servicing and restocking.
