Statement of Work (SOW)

This SOW defines the effort required for the purchase, transportation, delivery, installation, and startup of four (4) 480VAC Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and accessories for the 555 Systems Integration Lab (SIL) Facility, Building 9001, at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

• Purchase, design, and installation of SIL Facility UPS systems meeting specified requirements.

• Use only new commercial parts and materials, with all electronics hardware approved by a USAF Information Systems Security Manager.

• Provide nation of origin documentation (TAA compliant) and Letters of Volatility for security review.

• Perform a pre-bid site visit at the contractor's expense.

• Responsible for procurement, delivery, installation, and interconnection of UPS systems and components.

• Provide training to government personnel on UPS operation, start-up, shut-down, and maintenance.

• Deliverables must be TAA compliant.

• Four (4) 480VAC 3-phase 4-wire input UPS units with 480VAC 4-wire output.

• Specific CLINs detail varying kVA ratings (150 kVA, 120 kVA, 100 kVA) and battery run times (101-142 minutes at specified loads).
