Scope of Work
This combined synopsis/solicitation requires the acquisition, transportation, delivery, installation, and startup of four (4) 480VAC 3-phase 4-wire input UPS units with 480VAC 4-wire output. Specific CLINs detail varying kVA ratings (150 kVA, 120 kVA, 100 kVA) and battery run times. All UPS units must be TAA compliant, use VRLA batteries (Lithium banned), achieve 97% efficiency, respond to brownouts within 1/4th cycle, provide pure sine wave and surge protection, and allow for internal maintenance bypass. An Ethernet connection for power and status monitoring is required. The contractor must also provide training to government personnel on UPS operation and maintenance. Submission & Evaluation
Quotations are due by February 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST. Vendors must "wet" sign/date and fill in vendor information and pricing on page 2 of the solicitation. Submissions should include proof of technical evaluation criteria and documentation verifying items meet SOW specifications. Emailed quotations are preferred. Award will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation, considering technical capability, price, and past performance.
Site Visit & Important Notes
A site visit is scheduled for February 10, 2026, at 0900. Registration for the site visit closes on February 6, 2026, at 1200. Interested parties must provide their First Name, Last Name, Drivers License #, and State of Issue to the POC. A REAL ID is mandatory for base access. The contractor must use licensed electricians in Oklahoma and be an authorized OEM distributor/installer for warranty purposes. Standard OEM warranty requirements apply, including a 24x7 hotline and 24-hour response time.
