- Ten (10) Float Collar Can Buoys with External Ballast, each supplied with four solar lights. Buoys must be 14"x30" can diameter/height, 28"x12" float collar diameter/height, seamless one-piece high-density polyethylene plastic with UV stabilizers, foam-filled, self-righting, and impervious to chemicals.
- Buoys must feature top graphics stating "Boats", a diamond with a cross symbol, and bottom graphics stating "Keep Out".
- Associated components include 800 ft of ¾" stainless steel wire rope, 800 ft of 3/8" galvanized aircraft cable, twenty (20) 3/8" Safety Anchor Shackles, thirty (30) ¾" HDG Wire Rope Clips, and four (4) 3/8" Wire Rope Clips.
