Scope of Work
The requirement is for the supply of 10 new Float Collar Can Buoys with external ballast and top mooring eyes, inter-connecting hardware, a solar light kit, and all necessary components. The buoys must be seamless, one-piece, ultra-strong high-density polyethylene plastic with UV stabilizers, white in color, foam-filled, self-righting, and impervious to chemicals. Specific graphics, including "Boats," a diamond with a cross symbol, and "Keep Out," are required. Additional deliverables include 3/4" stainless steel wire rope cable (800 ft), 3/8" galvanized aircraft cable steel wire rope (800 ft), twenty 3/8" safety anchor shackles, and thirty 3/4" wire rope clips, plus four 3/8" wire rope clips. The Government will be responsible for buoy installation.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotations and any questions should be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Natalie Oslund, at NOslund@usbr.gov. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Offerors must include specification sheets, drawings, or descriptions highlighting required characteristics; failure to do so will result in a non-responsive quotation. Pricing for all line items in the price schedule must be included, and quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days. Invoices are to be submitted via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
