Quality Assurance & Testing

A robust quality inspection system is required, compliant with MIL-I-45208 or ISO 9001 and NCSL Z540.3 or ISO 10012. Key quality requirements include:

First Article Testing/Inspection: Required with Government approval of procedures (DI-NDTI-80603) and reports (DI-NDTI-80809B) before production. Supplier must notify NSWCPD two weeks prior to testing.
