Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive advertising services to support the BLM Nevada State Fire & Aviation program. Key tasks include:
- Developing and recording video Public Service Announcements (PSAs) for social media (Instagram, Facebook Reels, YouTube) and gas pump TVs, covering topics such as target shooting safety, OHV safety, roadside fire safety, debris burning, trailer towing, and wildland firefighter recruitment.
- Creating additional social media content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Marketing PSAs across diverse platforms including streaming radio/TV, billboards, social media, gas pumps, and at sporting events (e.g., rodeos).
- Branding NevadaFireInfo.org as the primary source for fire information.
- Demonstrating local knowledge of Nevada culture and landscapes in content.
- Meeting specific impression targets for various platforms (e.g., 2.5 million for gas pump TVs/streaming, 3 million for social media/web).
- Providing monthly and final reports detailing impressions, media placement, performance metrics, and effectiveness.
