- Supporting Air Boss and announcer functions.
- Comprehensive equipment package: full-range, self-powered speakers (placed at 90-120 ft intervals along a 2,500 ft crowd line with individual zone volume control), multi-channel audio mixer, dedicated Air Boss communication package (VHF radio), air-to-ground radio interface, elevated platform (100-200 sq ft trailer), weather equipment, and standalone, quiet power generators.
- Qualified technicians/supervisors for all phases of the project.
- Contractor responsibility for all transportation, lodging, sustenance, permits, licenses, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Personnel requiring base access must undergo background checks.
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage, including for weather cancellation/delay.
