Purpose & Scope
This SSN is for market research only and is not a solicitation. SSP seeks to identify prime contractors with expertise in a design-build contract for a new, high-purity energetic material production complex. The project involves the safe integration of hazardous and explosive chemical processes within a secure Government installation, including facilities for drying operations, grinding operations, support structures, and site infrastructure.
Key Requirements / Deliverables
Firms must demonstrate capability in:
- Designing, constructing, and commissioning specialized production facilities for energetic or highly volatile chemicals.
