Scope of Work
The successful contractor will provide all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation necessary for five (5) new 53-foot steel gondola-style storage trailers (Hardox or equivalent). These trailers must be fully enclosed, weather-resistant, and lockable, equipped with operational wheels, landing gear, hitch assemblies, and DOT-approved lighting and brake systems. They must be capable of being secured with a VA-owned padlock, be new, free of defects, and include a standard manufacturer's warranty. The purpose is to provide additional secure storage capacity at VA facilities in Gainesville, FL and Jacksonville, FL, replacing current leased arrangements.
