This is a synopsis for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for horizontal design Architect-Engineering (A-E) services, with a shared capacity of $238 million. The services will support Civil Works Projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District (SPK) and other districts within the South Pacific Division (SPD).

• Procurement is for horizontal design A-E services in accordance with FAR Subpart 36.6 and EP 715-1-7.

• Services include full-spectrum design disciplines for Civil Works Projects, potentially including engineering during construction, and horizontal projects with incidental vertical design (e.g., Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Wastes - HTRW projects).

• Task orders may include: interdisciplinary design (feasibility to construction plans/specs), design of structures (dams, levees, bridges, pump stations, etc.), engineering reports (DDR, BOD, O&M), data analysis (seismicity, soil stability, hydrology, etc.), investigations (surveying, drilling, testing), data management, alternatives analysis, infrastructure inspections, and risk assessments.

• Compliance with U.S. national codes, UFC, DoD Criteria, and USACE Engineering Regulations is required.

• Specific software and systems (CADD, GIS, OGC, MII-MCACES, DrChecks) must be used.

• Anti-Antiterrorism and Operations Security (AT/OPSEC) requirements, including E-Verify for certain projects, may apply.

• Investigations, data collection, and testing (surveying, bathymetry, photogrammetry, drilling, geophysics, pump tests, lab testing).

• Data Management, alternatives analysis, infrastructure inspections, and risk assessments.

• Project supporting efforts may include environmental, wetland, wildlife, and habitat assessments.

• Data analysis and modeling (materials property, seismicity, seepage, soil/rock slope stability, blasting, erosion, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis).

• Investigations, data collection, and testing (surveying, bathymetry, photogrammetry, drilling, geophysics, pump tests, lab testing).

• Data Management, alternatives analysis, infrastructure inspections, and risk assessments.

• Project supporting efforts may include environmental, wetland, wildlife, habitat, and historical assessments.

(Note: Hydrogeologist, Seismologist, and Blasting Engineer are not required for SB reserve).
