Key deliverables also include data analysis and modeling (e.g., seismicity, soil stability, hydrology), investigations (surveying, drilling, testing), data management, alternatives analysis, infrastructure inspections, and risk assessments. All technical aspects must comply with U.S. national codes, UFC, DoD Criteria, and USACE Engineering Regulations, utilizing specified software like CADD, GIS, and DrChecks. Eligibility & Set-Aside

This is an Unrestricted acquisition with a Small Business Reserve. Firms must be registered in SAM.gov for contract award, though not required for SF330 submission. Large A-E Firms must present credible plans to meet small business subcontracting goals, targeting a minimum of 40% of the subcontract amount to small businesses, including specific goals for SDB, WOSB, and SDVOSB. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is not required for the base MATOC but may be for individual task orders.
