- AV Support: Provide technical staff experienced in MS TEAMS webinars to run practice sessions and the live event, supporting two keynote addresses and twelve concurrent panel sessions daily. This includes providing necessary AV equipment, monitors, headsets, and WiFi.

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals must meet all minimum technical requirements and not take exception to any solicitation or PWS terms to be considered technically acceptable.
