This is a mandatory certification that must be completed, signed, and returned with the bid, quotation, or proposal. Offers that do not provide this certification will be deemed ineligible for evaluation and award. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a compact tractor with an Electronic Hydrostatic Transmission (eHST) for the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center. The acquisition is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) certified by the SBA.

Salient characteristics include specific dimensions, weight, performance requirements (PTO horsepower, hydraulic flow, travel speeds), safety features (ROPS, seatbelt), and an enclosed cab with heat/AC. The tractor must be diesel-powered with a minimum of 45.0 hp. A minimum 24-month/1,500-hour warranty is required, with repairs to be conducted within 3 hours of submission.

• This acquisition is a total set-aside for SBA-certified SDVOSBs only.
