Scope of Work
The requirement is for continuous 24/7/365 staffing of two (2) fully equipped ambulances located on post. Each ambulance must be staffed by one (1) Paramedic and one (1) Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). All personnel must be fully licensed and accredited in accordance with the State of California Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) and the Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency (ICEMA) - San Bernardino County regulations. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) outline details responsibilities including maintaining certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS), operational readiness, patient care under Fort Irwin MTF medical direction, and compliance with security and installation access requirements.
Government Furnished Property (GFP)
The Government will provide the two (2) ambulances, all required medical equipment, consumable medical supplies, and will be responsible for vehicle maintenance and fuel. A designated standby facility (dayroom/bunkroom) will also be provided for on-duty personnel.
