The objective is to support the installation of the SSMM Part Task Trainer within the high bay (Mission Bay) of SCSTC Mayport. The required service includes a 100 Ton All-Terrain Crane with operating personnel, capable of performing multiple lifts, including foundation lifts (using 8' straps, 50-degree sling angle) and hatch/cover assembly lifts (using 10' straps, 37-degree sling angle), along with other smaller equipment lifts. All operations must adhere to applicable safety requirements. A Broderson Crane is specifically requested, to be operated below a safe working height of 240 inches, matching the building's door entry height.

Period & Place of Performance

The services are required from April 13, 2026, through April 14, 2026, between 0800 EST and 1600 EST. The place of performance is inside the high bay (Mission Bay), Building 2527, SCSTC Mayport, 2527 Baltimore Street, Jacksonville, FL 32228. Mobilization in and out is also required within this period. Navy Base access to Naval Station Mayport will be necessary, with assistance provided for security clearances.
