Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide crane and rigging services to support the installation of the Surface-to-Surface Missile Module (SSMM) Part Task Trainer as part of Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Surface Warfare (SUW) Mission Module (MM) Training.

• Provide a crane and rigging team for multiple lifts inside the high bay (Mission Bay) of Surface Combat Systems Training Center (SCSTC) Mayport.

• Specific lifts include:

  • Foundation lift using 8' straps and special shackle configuration (sling angle 50 degrees).
  • Hatch and Cover assemblies lift using 10' straps (sling angle 37 degrees).
  • Additional smaller equipment lifts as needed.

• Adherence to all applicable safety requirements is mandatory.

• Dates: April 13 - 14, 2026, from 0800 EST to 1600 EST.

• Location: Inside the high bay (Mission Bay), Building 2527, SCSTC Mayport, 2527 Baltimore Street, Jacksonville, FL 32228 (also referenced as 235 Vigilance Drive).

• A Broderson Crane is requested, operated below the safe working height of 240".

• The building's door entry way is 240".

• Navy Base access is required; Naval Station Mayport Pass and Security Offices will assist with base access.

• Access to classified material is not required.

• Access to controlled buildings will be required; coordination for this access is TBD.
