Scope of Work
Contractors will provide crane services, including mobilization and demobilization, with a dedicated rigging team (minimum 1 Crane Operator, 1 Rigging Personnel, 1 Signal Personnel). The work involves multiple lifts inside the high bay of Building 2527, including:
- Foundation lift (max 4,000 lbs, 50-degree sling angle).
- Hatch and Cover assemblies lift (max 2,000 lbs per lift, 4,000 lbs assembled, 37-degree sling angle, minimum hook height 195").
- Missile Exhaust Containment Structure lift (max 2,200 lbs).
- Additional lifts of smaller equipment (under 700 lbs). The crane must fit within a 240-inch (20-foot) height restriction and operate entirely inside the building. While a 100-ton all-terrain crane is mentioned, comparable cranes meeting all requirements are acceptable. Adherence to all applicable safety requirements is mandatory.
