This requirement pertains to non-CLSSA FMS (Foreign Military Sales) spares, meaning the assets are wholly owned by FMS customer countries and will not be delivered to the DoD or entered into the DoD supply chain. Therefore, the requirement for Item Unique Identification and Valuation (IUID) under DFARS 211.274 is deleted for these specific FMS spares.
