The contractor shall provide all management, oversight, coordination, materials, supplies, equipment, instruction, follow-up, and after-action analysis for two full 10-day classroom-based leader courses. Each course will accommodate 50 students in the morning (0730-1200) and 50 in the afternoon (1200-1630), totaling 100 NCOs per course. Key requirements include:
- Developing and proposing the full curriculum design, aligning with Army programs like Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F), suicide prevention, and SHARP.
- Offering individual one-on-one coaching sessions to students and their spouses, with spouses invited to attend the second week.
- Ensuring instructors are highly experienced and certified professionals with military experience and credentials in psychology, physical therapy, wellness, coaching, financial counseling, and leadership development.
- Implementing a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and submitting biographies/certifications of training personnel, along with a comprehensive final course report.
