The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, tools, supplies, certifications, and transportation for services including:
- Routine Cleanings: Monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual cleanings of kitchen hood and duct exhaust systems, exhaust fans, roof areas, and associated components, adhering to NFPA 96 and OSHA standards.
- Preventive Maintenance: Cleaning, adjusting, lubricating, tightening, and replacing wearable parts.
- Inspections: Recurring inspections and detailed grease buildup inspections with digital photographic documentation.

Award will be based on a Subjective Tradeoff Technically Acceptable (STOTA) approach, considering Technical capability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical and Past Performance are considered of higher importance than Price.

- Past Performance: Assessed for recency and relevancy, resulting in a confidence rating.
