Qualification Requirements
Award will be made only if the offeror, product, or manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Offerors must have an inspection system conforming to MIL-I-45208A or an equivalent certified by a joint DCMA/NAVSUP WSS survey team. The Government is not using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) but invites interested parties to identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
