Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide commercial Wi-Fi services at the 36 Wing Chapel (36 WG/HC) location.

• Provide unlimited data wireless internet access 24/7.

• Minimum sustained bandwidth: 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload.

• Procure, integrate, deliver, install, test, and maintain necessary equipment.

• Ensure full coverage within the entire building (Building 1623).

• Service provider technicians shall not alter existing infrastructure without Contracting Officer concurrence.

• Provide Wi-Fi service 24/7, with downtime for security patching or upgrades coordinated at least 7 days in advance with the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).

• Be available between 0800hrs and 1630hrs, 7 days a week, to resolve on-site issues that cannot be resolved remotely.

• Provide an after-hours Point of Contact (POC) for technical assistance.

• Minimum sustained bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Unlimited data and full coverage.

• Service outages for maintenance must be coordinated 7 days prior.

• Location: 36 Wing Chapel (36 WG/HC), Building 1623, entire building.

• Security Requirements:

  • Maintain a current listing of employees requiring access to AAFB, including name and social security number, provided to the Contracting Officer and security manager.
  • Obtain necessary passes and identification items for employees.
  • Submit AAFB Visit Access Request (VAR) forms 7 duty/business days prior (14 for foreign nationals).
  • Return identification media for departing employees.
