• Standardization will enable easier movement of the loader to new areas and better utilization of specialized attachments.

• The contract is anticipated to begin after receipt of the delivery/purchase order.

• This is NOT a request for quotes.

• All responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating why competition would be advantageous to the Government and not cost or time prohibitive.

• Responses will be used solely to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.

• The agency's decision not to compete is at its discretion.
