Submission Requirements & Notes
- Offerors not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) must provide the OEM's name, CAGE, and a signed letter of authorization as a distributor.
- Packaging at a different location requires facility name, address, and CAGE.
- This is a DO certified national defense order under DPAS.
- Offerors must provide an Estimated (EST) repair price for the full effort.
- Vendors have 90 days after carcass receipt to complete a Teardown & Evaluation (TD&E) and submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote.
