This includes:
- Material Requirements: Specific alloys for the Ball (SAE-AMS-6931 or ASTM-B367 Grade C-5) and Delrin (Dupont AF DE588) with precise properties for the Seats.
- Manufacturing Processes: Detailed instructions for ball spherical surface finish (machine, grind, hone, grit blast, SUPFINA polishing) and internal thread formation (cutting only).
- Testing & Certification: Hydrostatic testing or dye penetrant inspection for the Ball, non-destructive tests for weld repairs, and comprehensive material certifications for all components.
