Submission & Eligibility
Offerors must state the OEM (CAGE code) and part number. Distributors must include an authorized letter from the manufacturer, and dealers must provide a statement identifying their firm and the OEM. Refurbished material is not acceptable. No drawings or technical data are available from the government. Alternate items may be submitted with a complete technical data package for engineering review for future consideration, but will not delay the current procurement. Electronic submittal of Receiving Reports and Invoices via PIEE-WAWF is mandatory.
