Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for most Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), with CDRLs being Not Separately Priced (NSP). The anticipated Period of Performance is 8-18 Months After Receipt of Order (ARO). A minimum one-year standard parts and labor warranty is required. The acquisition is conducted under Full and Open Competition with NAICS Code 333517 (Machining Centers And Way Type Machines) and a small business size standard of 500 employees.
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals are due by Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 12 PM MST, via electronic mail to Melissa Huston (melissa.huston.2@us.af.mil) and Lanette Todd (lanette.todd@us.af.mil). Questions and comments must be submitted by Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 12 PM MST. Offerors must submit a completed RFP and Price Proposal (Volume I) and a Written Technical Proposal (Volume II, 25-page limit), including their Cage code and FAR 52.212-3. Evaluation will be LPTA, with award to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest evaluated price. The Government intends to award without discussions.
