Contractors must provide pricing for these items and adhere to specific packaging and marking requirements outlined in Section D, primarily referencing MIL-STD-2073.

• Period of Performance: 3-year base period with two 1-year option periods (totaling up to 5 years).

• Contract Minimum Value: Qty 1 each

• Contract Maximum Value: $6,975,450.00

• Proposals will be evaluated under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures as described in Section M.

• Contractors must complete all required fill-ins and submit the pricing spreadsheet with all pages of the solicitation to sean.mcdonnell@dla.mil.

• Key deadlines include a proposal receipt date of February 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time.

• This procurement is unrestricted.

• The government may place multiple awards due to repetitive demands.

• Note: Spectral Labs Inc. is identified as the Sole Source, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the planned IDIQs, and a single award is anticipated for those specific IDIQs.

• The contract is not obligating any funds; funding will be provided on each delivery order.

• Offerors should be aware that the only guarantee upon award is for the contract minimum split equally among awardees.
