Cabling/wiring/fiber pulling above ceilings in patient care areas must also use HEPACART Cabling Access Point (CAP) (or equal) within the containment system.

• Safety: Compliance with OSHA (29 CFR Parts 1910 & 1926), fire safety regulations (NFPA 10, 241), and obtaining permits for cutting/welding are mandatory. No flammable liquids are to be stored or used on site. Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA), Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM), and Green Environmental Management System (GEMS) compliance is required.

• Hazardous Materials: Maintain inventories and MSDS for all hazardous materials. Report spills immediately and be responsible for cleanup costs.
