Response Requirements
While the Government intends to award to a single source, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. Proposals received within 45 days (or 30 days if under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement) from the publication date will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely at its discretion. Information received will primarily be used to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. Award is contingent upon the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meeting qualification requirements in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Interested parties may also identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice, even though the Government is not currently using FAR Part 12.
