This document is an amendment to a combined synopsis/solicitation for Siding and gutter replacement services at the Grand Island VA Medical Center. The amendment provides answers to questions submitted by potential offerors regarding the solicitation.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for siding, gutters, fascia, and flashing replacement services at the Grand Island VA Medical Center. The project aims to address past water leaking issues from the roof line, specifically around the north employee entrance, which has caused drywall damage. The existing flashing was found to be inadequate.

• Removal of old siding, gutters, fascia, and flashing.

• Installation of new seamless steel siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and flashing.

Wage Determination

This document is a U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination (No. 2015-5771, Revision No. 28) for the Service Contract Act. It establishes minimum wage rates and fringe benefits for various occupations in Nebraska Counties of Hall, Howard, and Merrick.
