• Removal and replacement of approximately 7 squares of old siding with new seamless steel siding (minimum G-90 hot dipped galvanized or better gauge steel, 5in D style design).

• Installation of approximately 7 squares of 1 3/8in insulation with a minimum R-value of 2.5.

• Installation of approximately 125 ft of steel gutters with a minimum 1/12 drop per 10 ft.

• Installation of approximately 160ft of steel fascia.

• Gutters must tie into the current drainage system.

• Full tear-off and disposal of old materials.

• A 1-year workmanship warranty is required.
