Scope of Work
The requirement includes the design, procurement, installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of a new, secure two-way RF radio communication system. Key deliverables and tasks involve:
- Engineering & Design: RF surveys, system architecture, IP linking via the VA network, and channel/talkgroup planning.
- Procurement: Radios, chargers, repeaters, antennas, UPS units, and associated accessories.

- Programming: Utilization of VA-assigned frequencies, implementation of emergency alert features, and AES-256 encryption.

Evaluation & Submission

Offerors must complete and submit the SF 1449 (including blocks 17, 30a, 30b, and 30c) and the price/cost schedule provided in the RFQ. A site visitation is required during the solicitation phase.

Vendors must complete the price/cost schedule within the RFQ for eligibility. Payment will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through SAM, and invoices must be submitted electronically per VAAR Clause 852.232-72.
