Scope of Work
The selected firm will prepare plans and specifications for a construction contract estimated between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Key deliverables include:
- Design for the rebuild/renovation of cross corridors interconnecting Buildings 89/90 and 89/91 on the 3rd and 4th floors.
- Design for the replacement of all single-pane windows in specified 3rd and 4th-floor areas.
- Design for the replacement of the HVAC system in the cross corridors with a DX unit, eliminating existing fan coil units.
- Services include Field Investigations and Studies, Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents, Cost Estimate, and Construction Period Services. The anticipated design completion period is approximately 180 calendar days, including VA reviews.
