Submission & Justification
NAVSUP WSS intends to negotiate with only one responsible source (TREADWELL CORPORATION) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
- Interested parties identifying capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item should do so within 15 days of this notice.
- All proposals received within 45 days after the publication date (February 20, 2026) of this synopsis will be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible.
- Firms not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR), but the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval.
Additional Notes
