This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) by the Bureau of Reclamation, Northern California Area Office (NCAO). This acquisition is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business concerns only. Large businesses may not submit a quote.
