Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and supervision for the installation of automatic door closures. This includes:
- Installing one ED100 Operator - Narrow 4"x 6" Header Surface Applied Pair for the Operating Room (OR) main entryway (Building 1, Floor 2, C Wing).
- Installing one ED100 Operator - Narrow 4"x 6" Header Surface Applied Single for the Prosthetics main entryway (Building 1, Floor A, A-700).
- Ensuring both installations include wave plates and that operators are compatible with existing automatic doors.
- Submitting a written work report within five days of project completion, detailing tasks, functionality, corrective actions, parts used, and recommendations.
Performance Requirements
- All personnel must be AAADM Certified Swing/Slide/Fold Automatic Pedestrian Door Inspectors.
- Work must be completed outside of standard working hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST), with exceptions for Sundays and federal holidays.
- The performance period is 14 calendar days or less from the date of award. The base period of performance is from April 27, 2026, to April 26, 2027.
