Submission & Evaluation
Questions are due by April 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT. Quotes are due by April 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT. All quotes must be submitted electronically via email in PDF format to Marcus.Lewis2@va.gov. Offers will be evaluated comparatively based on Technical Acceptability and Price. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, considering both price and other factors. Technical evaluation will assess compliance with the Statement of Need and salient characteristics. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
Eligibility & Notes
This acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offerors must provide a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming their status as a Certified/Registered Distributor authorized to provide the OEM products. Offerors are also required to complete the Limitations on Subcontracting (LOS) document in Section C4. Brand Name or Equal provisions apply to the specified UPS and PDU. Amendment 0002 removed Section C9; all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
