Scope of Work

The requirement includes the procurement and installation of:

  • Five modular console workstations (two Fire Dispatch, one Fire Dispatch Supervisor, two Security Forces Alternate).
  • Five ergonomic dispatch chairs.
  • One power-enabled Island/Map Holder/Workstation/Table.

Workstations must be heavy-duty (24/7 use), ADA compliant, GREY, height adjustable (25-50 inch range, 28.5 inches acceptable for lowest seated position), with high-pressure laminate surfaces, noise reduction, monitor mounts for six 24" monitors, comprehensive cable management, lockable pedestals, ambient task lighting, and ergonomic keyboard trays. Each console requires space for specific computer equipment (NPIR laptop, VESTA 911, Motorola radio, MONACO D-21). Chairs must be adjustable, lumbar-supported, with armrests, back tilt, durable fabric, 300 lbs+ capacity, and BLACK. The Island must be power-enabled with storage and map holders.

Installation includes delivery, assembly, cabling management, quality checks, disposal of packaging, and on-site training for dispatch personnel.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.
  • Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).
  • NAICS Code: 337214 (Office Furniture), Size Standard: 1100 employees.
  • Period of Performance: Delivery and installation required within 45 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Contractors are encouraged to quote their best possible delivery schedule, even if it exceeds 12 weeks, with expedite costs as a separate line item. Favorable delivery schedules will be considered in the best value determination.
  • Warranty: Minimum 7-year warranty on console furniture and island; 1-year warranty on dispatch chairs.

No additional site visits will be held. If the base is closed on Feb 2 due to snow, the site visit will be canceled, and SAM.gov will be updated with a new date.
