This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services to procure additional CCTV and Burglar System equipment to augment the existing systems at the Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center Domiciliary in Houston, TX. The goal is to enhance safety and security compliance with VHA Directive 1162.02.

• Installation of seven (7) new CCTV Viewing Workstations with keyboards and mice at various locations (Nurse Stations, VA Police Department, Main Lobby Reception, Domiciliary Chief office).

• Installation of nine (9) new workstation monitors.

• Provision and routing of new data drops to the VA OIT network, connecting to the Juniper Network.

• Relocation and installation of one (1) Bosch Burglar Alarm Keypad.

• Installation of two (2) Burglar Alarm Sirens.

• Installation of necessary cabling, equipment, and programming.

• All installed equipment must match and be compatible with the existing system.

• Work is to be completed within 30 days from contract award.
