  • A video demonstration (recorded or live via Microsoft Teams) of sample packs, to be completed prior to the closing date.

  • An Authorization Letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) if the offeror is not the OEM.

  • Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory.

Evaluation Criteria
