• Adds a second Point of Contact (POC) for all submissions: Thaddeus Gray (Thaddeus.gray@va.gov).

• Answers a vendor-submitted question regarding invasive pressure monitoring for Philips IntelliVue Microstream Extensions. The customer currently does not require invasive pressure or temperature control, though these features would be desirable.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ #: 36C25926Q0269) for commercial products, specifically ten (10) Philips Intellivue Microstream CO2 Extensions, for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Eastern Colorado HealthCare System, Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. The goal is to expand patient monitoring capabilities.

• Product: Ten (10) Philips Intellivue Microstream Extension units (Part Number: 867041).

• NAICS Code: 334510 (Medical Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,250 Employees.

• Quote Submission Deadline: March 13, 2026, 4:00pm MT. Submit via email to jeremy.ferrer@va.gov (4MB limit per email). Faxed or hand-carried quotes will not be accepted.

• Evaluation Factors: Technical capability/quality and Price. Offers must meet or exceed technical requirements to be considered, regardless of price.

• Submission Volumes: Technical capability, Price, Limitations on Subcontracting Worksheet, FAR 25 Provision completion, and Proof of Authorized Distributor.

• This solicitation is a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).

• SDVOSB status must be verified in the SBA Small Business Certification (SBS) database at the time of quote submission and award.

• Offerors must be an OEM, authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, verified by OEM authorization.

• This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement.
