This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for the MUSE Cardiology Information Management Systems Software, Licensing and Support for VISN 4. This determination is based on FAR 6.103-1, as GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, Inc. holds exclusive licensing rights and sole proprietorship for the MUSE Cardiology Information Management Systems Software.

The contract will provide Assurepoint Shared Select MUSE licensing and support for the MUSE V8 Software and associated applications. Key tasks include:

• Remote Technical Support (24/7) for routine break/fix issues.

• Response time for errors within one (1) hour, with critical error correction commencing within four (4) hours.

• On-site support within twenty-four (24) hours if remote resolution is not possible.

• Provision of MUSE software releases (major, minor, maintenance, service pack).

• Installation support, including project management for software updates and upgrades.

• HL7 Remote Support for MUSE Test Environment (up to 30 hours per contract year).

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed price.

• Period of Performance: Base year November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2026, with option years.
