• Open to all vendors who believe they have the capability to provide the necessary equipment.

• Industry Day will be held on February 3, 2026, at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center, 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud MN 56303.

• No construction will be performed to accommodate instrumentation.

This is a notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Guldmann, Inc. for patient ceiling lift motor replacement and certification at the St. Cloud VAMC. The contract will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source).

• Guldmann Ceiling Lift motors with installation and training.

• Specific models and quantities include:
