This solicitation is for the procurement of BD Pyxis Refrigerators, conversion of non-PROFILE to PROFILE Pyxis Med stations, and Medication Label Module Printers for the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center and Lee County VA Healthcare Clinic. The purpose is to replace end-of-life medical refrigerators and upgrade existing Pyxis med stations to maintain and dispense medications efficiently and securely.

• Equipment must integrate with the current Pyxis system and VISTA.

• Contractor shall provide all necessary hardware, tools, supplies, configuration, installation, and training.

• Adherence to VHA Directive 1108.1, SOP 516-119-002, ISMP Guidelines, VHA DIRECTIVE 1108.07, VHA Directive 1195, and SOP 516-22-119-022 for medication dispensing and controlled substances.

• Preventative maintenance and updates must be current at the point of installation.
