This solicitation is for the supply, delivery, and installation of standard and custom surgical packs for the Fayetteville VAMC & HCC. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type.

• Supply, delivery, and installation of standard and custom surgical packs.

• Packs must be sterile and appropriately packaged.

• Standard packs should include commonly used items for general surgical procedures.

• Custom packs must be tailored to specific surgical procedures and designed in consultation with the surgical team.

• Compliance with applicable FDA regulations and industry standards.

• Defect rate must be less than 1%.

• Expired items in packs must be replaced by the vendor at their cost.

• Vendor shall provide initial training and ongoing support for the use and management of surgical packs.

• Timely delivery of surgical packs according to an agreed-upon schedule.

• Emergency deliveries must be available within a specified timeframe, preferably within 24 hours.

• Vendor is responsible for inventory management.

• Initial delivery must occur within 30 days of contract award.

• No gray market material will be accepted. Quoters shall provide authorized distributor letters.

• Amendments will be posted on SAM.gov; paper copies will not be mailed.

• Technical questions are due by February 13, 2026.
